How do I get my order?
Choose free local pickup, local delivery, or FedEx shipping at checkout. Shipping is charged at the live FedEx rate for your address, and pickup is always free. See delivery details →
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip a delivery, swap recipes or cancel from your account. If you need help, just send us a message.
How much should I feed my dog?
Use our feeding calculator for a personalized daily amount based on your dog's weight, then adjust to keep your dog at a healthy body condition.
How should I store and thaw the food?
Keep chubs frozen until you need them. Thaw in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours before feeding, and use thawed food within a few days. Never thaw at room temperature.
What if my dog doesn't like the food?
Every dog is different. Reach out and we'll help you find a recipe or serving approach, like gently cooking it, that works for your dog.
