Common Questions
How long will my order take?
Shipped orders are packed fresh and shipped frozen Mon–Wed via FedEx 2Day, so they never sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Local delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, and pickup orders are ready at the spot you choose.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now we ship within the continental United States, with the fastest, most reliable service across Idaho and the Mountain West. Reach out if you're outside our current range — we're expanding.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes — anytime from your account. Pause, skip a delivery, swap recipes, or cancel with no fees, no phone calls required.
What if my dog doesn't like it?
Every dog's palate is different. If your dog isn't a fan, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you find the right recipe or make it right.
How should I store the food?
Everything ships frozen and ready for your freezer. Thaw in the fridge 24–48 hours before feeding, and use refrigerated portions within 4 days.
Do your recipes meet AAFCO standards?
Yes — our Beef and Chicken recipes are formulated by a pet nutritionist to meet the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for adult maintenance, made at an FDA-registered facility in Burley, Idaho, and pathogen-tested every batch with a traceable lot number.
