Advertising & Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

If you click Accept All Cookies, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to understand which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits, sign-ups and orders, and to show IdaPets ads to people who visited our site. This can include pages you view, items added to your cart, and orders placed. Contact details such as your email or phone number are scrambled (hashed) before they are shared, so Meta can match them only to existing Meta accounts. If you decline cookies, none of this is sent.

You can change how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or email us to have your information excluded.

Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our mailing list or complete our IdaPets Quiz, we may send educational content, product updates, promotions, and special offers.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link included in our emails.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from IdaPets (Ida Beef Proteins, LLC), you agree to receive SMS messages at the mobile number you provide. Depending on what you opt in to, these may include customer care messages (replies to your questions, order, pickup and delivery updates, and subscription reminders) and, only if you separately agree, marketing messages (promotions, new recipes and events).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information-sharing categories described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
