IdaPets provides premium pet food, treats, supplements, feeding products, educational resources, and related merchandise.

All products are intended for animal use only unless otherwise stated.

No Veterinary Advice

Information on this website is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Always consult your veterinarian regarding your dog's specific health needs.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for:

• Proper storage
• Safe handling
• Appropriate feeding
• Supervising dogs while consuming bones or chews

Individual dogs have unique dietary needs. IdaPets cannot guarantee identical results for every animal.

Orders

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service
• Cancel orders
• Limit quantities
• Correct pricing errors
• Modify product availability without notice

Pricing

Prices may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. IdaPets is not responsible for carrier delays or weather-related delays affecting frozen shipments.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive frozen deliveries.

Returns

Due to the nature of frozen pet food and consumable products, we generally cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs to assist with claims.

Subscription Services

If subscriptions are offered:

• You authorize recurring billing
• You may cancel prior to your next billing cycle
• Subscription pricing may change with advance notice

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program: IdaPets sends text messages to customers who opt in through our website forms, at checkout or in person. Customer care messages include replies to your questions and order, pickup, delivery and subscription updates. Marketing messages (promotions, new recipes and events) are sent only if you separately opt in to them.

• Message frequency varies based on your orders, questions and the messages you choose to receive.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one final confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on this website — including logos, photography, product names, graphics, text, branding, and videos — is owned by IdaPets and may not be reproduced without written permission.

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or social media content featuring IdaPets products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdaPets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Delayed shipments
